Interviews run virtually. Expect a program overview from the PD, interviews with faculty, and unfiltered time with current residents — no faculty present, so you can ask what it's actually like.
We look for people we'd want to work a 3 AM shift with: coachable, kind to nursing and techs, and honest about what they don't know. Board scores matter less than how you'll treat the team.

We accept applications through ERAS and participate in the NRMP Match. A complete application includes your CV, personal statement, medical school transcript, USMLE/COMLEX scores, and at least two letters of recommendation — EM standardized letters (eSLOEs) carry the most weight.
